Kenneth A. Martin began his legal career in 1986 and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and Virginia. He has been admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal and District of Columbia Circuits; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Martin graduated from Albright College with a B.A. in Economics in 1976 and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University in 1986. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force from 1980-1987 and acted as Major Systems Contracting Officer.
As an author of "Is This The End Of Federal Minority Contracting?" by Martin, Holman and Rylander, his article was published in The Federal Lawyer in February, 1995.
