Mr. Martin served as attorney of record in an amicus curiae submission to the United States Supreme Court in Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Pena. He has lectured nationwide and hosted seminars on all aspects of federal and commercial contracting and subcontracting. As a speaker at National Contract Management Association conferences, he appeared as a guest on the National Public Radio.
